Are these properties suitable for windy areas?

These cottages have been designed and built for use within high wind zones, this allows you to sit them in locations where wind may be an issue.

What kitchen appliances are included?

We have included brand new Vouge appliances consisting of an under bench fan oven, electric hob and range hood.

Is the joinery double glazed?

All joinery is double glazed, in a powder black aluminium coating.

What water heating system is installed?

Hot water is supplied by an Infinity natural gas unit that is ready to connect to gas bottles.

Is there any internal heating?

Whilst a heat-pump is not included, we have prewired a section on the gable end of the cottage for your ease.

Does the property come carpeted?

Yes, it is carpeted with a 10mm underlay. This comes from Flooring Xtra within their Columbia range.
